"I highly recommend DMC for any remodeling job that you need. Jeff, Amy and the team went way above and beyond our expectations. They renovated our son's upstairs full bath and we love the job they did/ They were extremely neat (at the end of each days work, the bathroom was left spotless), the workmanship and attention to detail was the best compared to the other renovations that we have had done, they were very professional, and the cost for the project was on par of what we were looking to spend. We will definitely ask DMC to do our future projects. The boys bathroom looks fantastic! Oh, and from demo day to finish it took a total of 9 days!! I was able to find a few photos from the project. "Problem #1 is that they made a mess and killed some of my shrubs. It was a multi day project where they came out and pressure washed the pergola to clean it. Several plants in the surrounding area had some fibrous material stuck on them, which couldn't be removed, and several other shrubs died due to the chemicals they used. Problem #2 is that the staining was uneven and now I have several segments that are different shades. The lighter shaded areas don't seem to repel any water either. Problem #3 is the biggest problem. There are now several carpenterbee holes all over the pergola. We have had carpenter bees make homes in our fence before, but the origional seal kept the bees off the pergola. We have had this pergola for 5 years, and not one carpenter bee issue until we had it redone by Sterling."

"I’M WRITING THIS REVIEW IN HOPES OF SAVING ANYONE FROM FALLING INTO THIS SCAM. After Much Research And Numerous Conversions With Sell Stiff About What Type Of Wood I Prefer. I stated that I did not want Chinese Cedar or Japanese Cedar. Was Lead To Believe They Would Install A Western Red Cedar Privacy Fence. I could have asked for pine at a much lower cost and would have all the problems associated with a pine: shrinkage and Warped bords. Knowing that I wanted a privacy fence that would not allow my neighbors to see into my yard or my dog to see into their yard and that would last for years, unlike pine wood would not last and Warp or have Shrinkage issues, I chose a Western Red Cedar Privacy Fence Based On The Characteristics of Western Red Cedar Strength, Stability, Resistance • Western Red Cedar Is Strong And Durable. It’s Very Stable And Isn’t Likely To Shrink Or Warp After Installation. It Contains Oils That Make It Naturally Resistant To Insects And Rot For A Long-Lasting Fence • Chinese Cedar- Used by many fence companies because of its lower cost, Chinese Cedar is not cedar; it is a fir. Its ability to resist decay and weathering is inferior to Western Red Cedar, making it less suitable for fences and other outdoor structures. • Japanese Cedar- A newer product on the market in the US that shows promise as being a quality, lower-cost alternative to Western Red Cedar. However, the pickets are thinner and less sturdy than Western Red Cedar and tend to split or break during installation. If the fence company that you choose is using Japanese Cedar rather than Western Red Cedar, you should not be expected to pay the same price for the fence as you would for Western Red Cedar I Had A Fence Installed In Nov 2021 By Pennington Fence Company. It Is Now Six Months Later, And My Fence Has Gaps Between The Bords As Much As A Inch In Some Places and Warps. I had it stained and sealed within three months of installation I Reached Out To The Owner Of The Company To Ask What; He Tells Me That He Did Not Guarantee That There Would Be No Shrinkage and Warped Of The Boards. And that he would not. They would not even come out to look at the issue because it had been over 90 days after the installation. I paid over 6,000 dollars for this fence, expecting a Western Red Cedar Privacy Fence; however, I suspect I got a cheaper Chinese Cedarwood or Japanese Cedarwood. I am sending a sample of the wood off to the lab at my expense. To verify what type of wood it is."

"We used Progreen outdoor solution for our backyard project. Todd Jennings has completely reimagined and transformed our backyard. Our backyard was on a very steep slope as such there was limited usable and safe space for our 2 ½ year old daughter to play without worrying about accidental falling and injury. Todd was referred to us by our two friends for whom he previously completed projects. Todd provided detail and thoughtful design to us. From the moment we look at his drawing, we immediately realize the tremendous property value and safety improvement our backyard will receive. Todd has been diligent throughout the project from applying for a permit, to addressing all questions and comments from the city building department, to making modifications to the plan and scope of the project. He was very generous with his time and patient with us in walking us through every step of the project. He would stop by our backyard to supervise and check on the progress almost on a daily basis to make sure the construction is on track and according to his plan. The team who constructed the retaining walls, installed the pavers for the walkway and steps, and rerouted the irritation system did an excellent job. They kept the noise and dust to the minimal which was appreciated as I worked from home during the whole time. I am very happy with the end results. Todd’s design allows us to change the grading so we ca have a flat grassy surface as a playground for our daughter. He added more usable space under the deck with pavers which is beautiful. We can now enjoy a picnic in the summer and a firepit in the winter in our backyard. He added retaining walls to prevent erosion which was a problem before. He completely transformed our backyard with the landscape, hardscape and retaining walls installation. Above all, I can tell Todd and his crew really care about making sure me and my wife are satisfied. We feel they are paying the kind of the attention to detail as if this was their own backyard. What a dramatic improvement they made in our backyard. I am also switching the regular mowing and maintenance to Progreen. I highly recommend Todd and his company."
