"I know I might be tardy with my review, but it is sincere. My daughter was expecting my grandson to be born in mid-August. As she and her hubby were preparing their room for the baby they came across some very serious issues in the room. As a result I needed drywall to be replaced, prepped and painted, I needEd to replace the window as well as the trim, the flooring had to be replaced. Quite a big job, add the fact that the baby was coming in a couple of weeks, meant I had to find a quality contractor who can respond and complete the job in a short time. Thats where Oscar came in. He came out checked all that needed to be done and responded quickly with an estimate. He and his crew did an incredibly remarkable job with all that had to be done and the project was completed in 2.5 days. Oscar came out to check all of the work found issues I didn’t see and promptly took care of them. All construction related trash was cleaned up and disposed of. Enriquez Remodeling and Landscaping is now my go to contractor if I need work done around the house. "Troy and the Superior Landscaping crew were FABULOUS from the very first phone call to finish!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I got estimates from multiple places for French Drain install for our backyard that would oversaturate with water (due to design flaw on new build home property) and not only was Superior Landscaping most competitively priced, Troy was totally on the ball with getting the estimate to us right away and even calling to check in with us; whereas it took so long and I had to place multiple calls to get calls returned from other companies! "This work took place eleven months ago, but that gives us the ability to say that everything Kurt’s team planted looks great and is growing nicely, except one bush that is struggling, which Kurt agreed to replace without hesitation. We have been in our house for 22 years, and finally got around to replacing the crummy landscaping and walkway the developer put in. Distinct Landscapes installed a paver walkway, and a complete set of bushes, flowers and a crape myrtle tree. The work was done very well and within budget, and the crew distinguished itself by how well they cleaned up the site. The spacing between plantings to allow for future growth seems perfect. Most of all we like Kurt. He is low-key and friendly, offers solid, knowledgeable opinions when asked, and never applies any sort of sales pressure. We would use Distinct Landscapes again, and recommend them without hesitation."

"Redesign from grass to boulders and decorative plants: Ibi and crew came and removed all of the front yard plants, mostly grass and a few accent evergreens. It was a total overhaul. His staff spent 2 days removing plants in place plus roots and soil. Boulders came next. Watching his staff work was a pleasure. He was here every day to oversee that it was done to his requirements. It looked fabulous when completed. However, in a month we had a major problem - nutsedge. It did not happen immediately, but it was killed and removed by his staff. He also added some plants for ground cover and replaced one plant's loss. We experienced a few problems but like the professional he is, Ibi resolved each one as it occurred - lights, nutsedge, and dead plants. He replaced and addressed all of our problems. Definitely would use his company again."

"We have used Patrick's crew for several years and they do great work. They send out alerts as to when they will be fertilizing, aeration, seeding, etc and they are VERY well priced for all they do. We have a dog and it is important that the gates are closed --for obvious reasons -- they make sure that our gates are closed when they leave. They blow all the grass clippings off the walk and driveway... and if the weather prevents them from getting there and the grass gets a bit too long... they will bag the grass so as to not leave dead grass all over the place. I was hesitant to have someone else do our lawn care, but after having Patrick and JustAeration do the work... I have determined that the secret to having a beautiful lawn... have someone else who knows what they are doing do it... Unfortunately we are moving out of the area so we will no longer have their services but HIGHLY recommend JustAeration!!"
