We signed the contract in late July of 2020 and the office manager would reach out to us every six weeks or so to give us an update. The installation went fine; they cleaned up after themselves and were polite. The issue arose in May of this year when i discovered one of the posts went thru my irrigation line. Due to the unseasonably cold and chilly weather, I have not needed to run my sprinklers till now. I immediately reached out to the company for support to repair the clearly busted line by the post. I was brushed off.... and have not heard back in a week. So ok good to know the integrity of the company. Yes, they were good to work with, till a problem arose."
