"Handyman was very professional and c conscientious. He took on the plumbing project one step at a time being meticulous and steadfast. I will be contacting him again for more work projects."

"Excellent worker, job was accomplished in timely fashion. Sean was great to work with, could not have ask for better work. Great ability in doing several different odd jobs. Will definitely hire in the future. High skill level. I was very pleased with his work."

"He is flexible and is able to work with my schedule. He communicates well during the project; and, if any issues arise he stops to get approval before moving forward. A plus is that he is great with pets!!! Honest, dependable, and trustworthy."

"Very good with prep work and the final painting. A little extra effort to pick up the small bits of trash and they would be perfect. Overall exceeded expectation and this with $1000 less than another bid, and $2000 the third company bid."

"Sandy (owner of the company) was very on top of our project. We had an opening cut out of a load bearing wall. It was very large opening and the wall was stabilized for continued support of our home. Very well done. The project did require more time and our home was protected as much as possible from construction dust . My only suggestion is for Sandy to have an electrician that she has trust in and a working relationship. Respectfully Deb W"

"The Things Considered team was great to work with. Provided us with all of our options and ensured that everything was done right. I highly recommend them for any task and will continue using them for all things that need to be done for our house."

"Came quickly for an estimate. Arrived when they said they would. Worked efficiently and were tidy. Did services in addition to estimate without charge. Produced a very nice end product."

"I received a call and visit from David the same day I posted on ServiceMagic. His estimate monetarily and total duration of time for the job was excellent. He was able to start and finish the job in a very short time. He even got started and finished sooner than I expected which few contractors do anymore. He kept at it until it was completed, not letting us hanging with a partially completed project, which happened to me with previous contractors. The work was done in a very professional manner and of excellent quality. Any deviations I had from the original contract were no problem for him. He also had very good suggestions to improve my original design. I intend to have David for additonal projects in the future. I'm extremely pleased with everything he did from start to finish. I recommend him highly, there are very few contractors anymore of his calibre. David was pleasant to work with, highly skilled at what he does and demonstrated the highest integrity."
