"I was recommended to McCrea in 2018 for a new furnace and a/c. From the very beginning I was impressed by their promptness, delivery of estimates and ability to accommodate my schedule. They did a great job and the system they recommended for me worked out perfectly for my home. I was so happy that I contacted them again in 2019 to replace my hot water heater. To save time I was able to send pictures of my existing unit and they were able to provide an estimate within the hour. The initial inspection to get a quote was extremely thorough and informative, and they gave me several options at different price points, all of which beat the other vendors I was looking at. When it was time to actually complete the work, the technicians were prompt, professional, helpful, and courteous. After 2 full days of work, they walked me through everything they did in detail and answered all my questions. By the time they left, the only sign anyone had been here was the shiny new equipment in my basement and yard -- no mess/dirt anywhere (except my own). It was a big job so it was pricey, but definitely money well spent and I would not hesitate to hire them again."
