"It went very well. I received an e-mail confirmation of the appointment and a notice when he was on his way. Arron was very nice and took time to answer my questions about the chemicals and the process he uses. He was also very honest about how well the sofa would "clean up". It has a few years on it and he wanted to make sure that I understood that it wouldn't be like new but it would be clean. I appreciated that."

If the carpet is so and so, in the end it will look cleanish, but all the dust, dirt, and the newly added detergent are left in for you to beath in."

Got him to come back and do it again with special solvent for gum, moved all furniture etc. Job was then fine and looked great.
