" We were having issues with our roof. When we contacted our insurance company, the adjuster recommended it be repaired. We went through our insurance company several times and each time received a check to have it "repaired." Basically, our roof was patched. Being that the recent repair, which was to replace 33 square feet of shingles in the front of the house and paint the damaged area in the formal living room, we decided to get the entire roof replaced. Our neighbor had her roof replaced by Mr. Ray Bullock and was very pleased with the service and follow-up. After talking with other roofers and getting estimates, we decided to do business with Mr. Bullock. Mr. Bullock and a few workers came back the 3rd day and made sure everything was in order and to our satisfaction. During replacing our roof, a family member was ill. He continually asked about our family member, which showed us he is a man of compassion. He and his wife reminded us of the power of prayer. We were able to talk about something other than the roof. "This job was professionally handled. The company and I agreed to do it in January, but not a specific date.  One day, I received a call that they were on their way.  I would have appreciated a little more notice but it worked out ok. The tech was very polite and kind and actually went on the screened porch roof to check a gutter behind the porch that was causing a leak.  He called promptly to let me know what he had found.   When I bought the gutter cleaning deal for $99, I didn't realize there would be an extra charge of $80.00 for dealing with the gutter covers - my error because I hadn't read the fine print. I would deal with this company again.
