I called and talked to Seth he was able to get to my home the next day and diagnose the problem my pipes in the concrete were old and clogged beyond repair well he managed to completely redo all of my plumbing brand new and have it up and running in a matter of a few hours! "The job went more smoothly than I expected. We had to replace our front door, as well as the surrounding framing and the sill underneath do to water damage. The extent of the damage couldn't really be determined until they got into it and had removed the existing door and flooring inside, and turned up to be a little worse than hoped, which was communicated to us immediately, along with what needed to be done to repair and that it would be an additional cost. They also had to remove the vinyl siding around the door, and the electrical outlet nearby, noted the corrosion in the electrical box and replaced that as well. On both the inside and outside it is better than the original installation. Start to Finish the Job took 5 working days, although the last two days were minimal, only extended because of replacing the tile that had to be removed, and allowing it time to cure before walking on. The guys were professional and friendly and not a disruption to our busy life with kids. We're very pleased with the job, and will call Eric Higgins for additional work in the future."
