"Dabella showed up at the perfect time. I had just purchased my first home and my home inspection indicated the house had a 20 year roof. At 15 years old, It was showing its age and was one of the first major home improvements I had considered. A Dabella representative happened to be going door to door in my neighborhood and we were able to set up a meeting with a salesman. I'm extremely happy with Chris, the salesman that Dabella had sent out. He is very polite, not pushy and extremely knowledgeable on Dabella projects. After showing me what Dabella had to offer (including the lifetime warranty) Chris and I were able to work out what I wanted and he got the process rolling. Chris was always fast to respond to any questions I had for him whether in person or over the phone. He was also able to change the install date for me when I had a work trip come up last minute. I'm extremely happy with Dabella's product but it was definitely Chris' attitude and knowledge that made the sale."

"Work was completed, but with a lot of issues and lack of communication. Mostly listening and attention to detail. Items purchased/installed without consultation. Wrong doors purchased. Shower walls already detaching from drywall. Had to replace already new water heater because they hooked/unhooked/moved it so many times it fried the electrical board inside it. No accountability for mistakes. Plumbing company in town won't work with them anymore because of their conduct. They didn't know a blower door test was required to pass inspection, so did the work myself. Was constantly told "I'm not making much money off of this" as a way to skirt responsibility. JOBC made the quote, and was told that there was a specific budget. IMO wasn't willing to constantly pay more money, so other jobs took priority. They smoked marijuana in the driveway while working. Not opposed to that generally, but not professional. Was being sued by another client and asked for . Won't hire again."

"The final result was perfect but there were problems getting there. I contacted them and met with their field rep Stacey. I agreed on the work for a metal roof and the price and gave a large deposit. Oddly, he wrote the wrong phone number for me on the contract. Contacting Tammy at their office, I selected a color via email. I was given an install date, but it did not happen as scheduled. I called their office and Stacey, without responses, and left messages asking for an explanation but received no callback or email. I finally gave up trying and contacted HomeAdvisor. HomeAdvisor troubleshooter took down my information and contacted Fox Roofing president. The president then called me to apologize and said they had been calling the phone number on the contract, which was incorrect. He did not know why my calls were not returned or emails sent. Later, Tammy called to say they needed me to pick a new color because the one I first picked was no longer available. I picked a color and she gave me an install date. The work was done on the scheduled date. They needed to come back the next day and reconnect a roof vent and add the gutter guards. There is no explanation as to the wrong contact number on the contract. Fox Roofing says it is the number listed by HomeAdvisor for me but HomeAdvisor says they have my actual number. It may be a number I had several years ago that is still buried in HomeAdvisor."

Employees were all friendly and courteous, and at all times acted as though they truly liked their jobs. My property was cleaned up so well that you could not even tell a new roof has been installed over 2 days time. So refreshing! I will use this company any time I need roofing done on any of my properties, and will certainly call them for estimates on the numerous other services they provide."
