"We had the best experience possible with Mr. Pritchard. I called and left him a VM on Monday 8/5/2019. He called me back promptly. I explained the situation with my leaking roof and siding damage. He scheduled with me an appointment for the very next morning to come out to my house and inspect the areas of damage. Our appointment was for 8:30 AM on Tuesday morning. He arrived at 8:28 AM (perfectly on time). He assessed the areas and gave me an estimate to repair the damages. I agreed and he actually found the leak and patched my roof immediately right then, to make sure that I didn’t sustain any more staining to the interior. We then set a time the following morning (today) to repair the siding damage. He arrived exactly on time again and got right to work. Throughout the tear out process, he found additional damages not known before. This includes rotted studs, as well as additional rotted siding. I was very concerned that the price for the repairs would go up significantly. Not so. He only charged me for the additional wood (which was almost nothing) and paint that he needed to buy, even though it was going to be much more work for him. He said, “I quoted that first price, so that’s all I will charge”. He and his assistant worked tirelessly for probably 10 hours to tear out, repair and paint the damaged area. Looking at the finished product, you can’t even tell that there was damage there. Mr. Pritchard is a man that truly cares about treating people the right way, as well as cares about the quality of his work. From the start, he acted with the utmost professionalism and is extremely knowledgeable. My wife and I are already tentatively scheduling him for some other home repairs that we have been wanting to have done. I have also passed his card to a couple of my immediate neighbors who will be calling him as well for their own home repair projects. If you need a knowledgeable and honest contractor, you should call Mr. Pritchard."

His visit ended with a firm handshake and his personal commitment to validate the companies workmanship and quality of Owens Corning products with a future written Guarantee/Warranty upon job completion. - A site Supervisor was on station the entire time the old roof was being removed until the new roof install was complete to include the verification of cleanup. - All employees were professional and displayed a “Can-do” attitude. - During the job, photos were taken each step of the process to validate contract compliance and quality of work. Overhead photos were provided to me at job completion which verified to me the quality and neatness of the job. - Our yard was cleaner when the job was finished than it was before the job actually was started. I was offered another magnetic sweep of our yard for possible nails at anytime, just need to call and they will arrive. - I was totally shocked when Jose offered a Follow-up site visit within a week or so or anytime in the future to do a physical overview and ensure that we are still 100% satisfied with the overall quality and workmanship of the new roof installation. This type of Quality Assurance is rare and certainly speaks highly of Strongs continued commitment to customer satisfaction and relationships with their valued customers in our region. - I didn’t have to up front funds in advance and there was no rush for final payment upon completion, this speaks highly of a solvent company that puts the customers needs and desires first, not the dollar. - I was surprised when I was told that courtesy site visits will occur after major storms and hurricanes pass to assist families in anyway to reduce further possible damages to property. I was told to contact the company at anytime in the future should something occur or we have any type of issue or questions at all. - Upon job completion I was personally provided copies of all related documents to include business cards, my contract, and in a packet the Owens Corning System Warranty including the Warranty Registration number. A overview of what is included and expected should the Warranted needs to be addressed in the future. - I can not say enough positive things about Strong Roofing. As a former Military Aviation Quality Inspector and Aviator, I know what Quality and workmanship entails to include the necessary attention to detail involvement that is necessary and is expected. Strong Roofing meets and exceeds expectations across the board. - The aforementioned statements I offered during my review were given to provide a “Holistic” overview from initial dialogue to job completion which I felt compelled to share. After all, a Quality Roof installation and proven products protects our investment and families. Why not do it right the first time with a Great Company with a long history of quality work and personal relationships who are and will remain local. - We highly recommend Strong Roofing who is a Preferred Contractor to anyone wanting a Honest, Reputable, Local, and Reasonably priced roof installer who place the Customers needs and desires first with a No-Pressure Approach. - GREAT JOB THAT EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS! "it took a while after hurricane zeta for us to get insurance money for the roof to be repaired, but once we got it Gulf Construction came out and did the job. they got top-of-the-line material for our roof and were able to fix some of the rotten wood. definitely recommend them to anyone!"

"Tony called when he said he would. Tony and his one man crew came when they said they would getting started at 7:30 a.m. They came on a Monday holiday when the stores were mostly closed. Tony had to run from my home to a city 50 miles away (100 miles round trip) to get the needed part. It is only a $100 repair but I paid extra for the prompt work done perfectly. HIRE THIS GUY!"
