"Tony called when he said he would. Tony and his one man crew came when they said they would getting started at 7:30 a.m. They came on a Monday holiday when the stores were mostly closed. Tony had to run from my home to a city 50 miles away (100 miles round trip) to get the needed part. It is only a $100 repair but I paid extra for the prompt work done perfectly. HIRE THIS GUY!"

Went to the back of the house and spotted the leak in the hot water heater which is outside the house in a small shed. He called us, and we came right over to the house. I called Handyman, and they had someone out within 40 or so minutes. He shut off the water at the meter, which we couldn't do.
