"He was scheduled to arrive at 9:30, I called and left him a message that we had an appt. at that time, but he can start b4 we get back.(He did not get the message)  My husband got home around 9:45 and he showed up a few minutes after that but still he charged us for a 9:30 start time and also charged us 150.00 for just a couple pieces of wood....we had most of the wood needed.  He did a job for us awhile ago and gave us such a good deal and I was so happy with the price before.....but this time it was a lot more money and a lot less work on his part compared to when he put in our picket fence (which I never did do a review for.....cause he never quite got it finished to where I was happy with it-and he made it clear that he was d o n e with it and didn't want to work on it anymore....and I finally just took down the gate cause it never was on straight...but this job was a better quality too). <br /> I would use him again because his prices are still pretty reasonable and he does a lot of different things....he put a fan in for us too awhile ago and I was super happy with that an A+ for that fan install....sorry, never reviewed that one...but very happy about that...and anyway....pretty happy with the side stairs now....was hoping to save that top piece of wood in tact...but that didn't happen, but otherwise happy with the final results...much easier on my knees now...thank you! : ) <br /> <br /> <br />"
