"- Exceptionally well!   <br>- Isiah, the plumber from Plumbing Plus, came in the morning, during the prescribed hours of 8am to 10am, evaluated our request to install a recirculation pump for our hot water system.   <br>- Isiah talked me through his recommendations and the costs associated with each. <br>- He needed to get the parts to complete the job so he looked at his schedule and saw he could support coming back between 12pm to 2 pm after he completed his next job and picked up the components needed. <br>- Isiah returned soon after noon with all he needed and got to work. <br>- Isiah was tremendous at interacting with my two young daughters and even quietly completed his work during their afternoon nap. <br>- Isiah carefully explained and demonstrated to me all the components he installed and how to operate them. <br>- The work was finished by 2pm.   <br>- The job could not have been done more professionally or personably. <br>- We will definitely continue to use Plumbing Plus for all future plumbing issues we have! <br>- Great job!"

"The technician arrived on time, was extremely professional and very patient taking time to answer my questions regarding what I should be doing as a homeowner to maintain my system. <br /> He started by sticking his head in the opening of my attic to look at the ducts & assessed what could/should be replaced. Then he inspected my AC unit, assessed its age and "state", opened the electrical panel to review the wiring, checked the refrigerant/flow and explained the basics of maintenance. We ended up going inside to look at the air filter and while their he conducted a similar inspection on my furnace. While my AC was running he used a surface thermometer to read temps at several of my registers. He took the time to explain how to clean my coil with a hose from the outside of the condenser and to take care not to use too high pressure. <br /> In the end he made suggestions feel genuine and not like some high pressure sales tactic. "First we had a backup of our sewer into the kitchen sink. When they came out to clear the blockage, we found out that there was a break in our sewer line - an offset allowed the sewer to back up. Using a camera and other technology, they were able to locate the break - precisely - it was 9 feet below the surface. Working around the rain, the following people put their heart and sole into getting it fixed. Gabriel was in charge of the group - Frank ran the camera crew, Raul dug the hole down past the gas line, electric and water lines. Francisco and Martin did the power flush after the line was repaired. These guys worked IN THE RAIN to get the job completed in a timely manner. After RAUL dug below the service lines, a backhoe was used to complete the hole. I&#39;m sorry, but I cannot remember the name of the operator of the backhoe. Again, superb work. As I&#39;m sure you can tell - I am very pleased with this crew. Robert M. Irvin"

Al, the owner of ABC, investigated and explained his logical approach to me while he was working. The conclusion was that my problem was caused by my water softener, saving me an unnecessary expensive repair. The next time I have a plumbing problem, I'll call ABC."
