I handed Joel a list of about a dozen small and medium sized projects that needed to be completed around the house. Joel promptly delivered an estimate and his team of 3 got started on the work. He also provided me with proof of insurance, which gave me great piece of mind as he performed the work on my house. The initial projects were a variety of plumbing, electrical, drywall and carpentry projects, as well as some structural projects on my deck. All were completed efficiently and with high quality standards. After my initial projects were completed I hired Joel for two additional projects (foundation work, fence and gate repair, and painting) and again his team did great work and provided a great value for the money paid. "I hired Ken Martinez to do a number of handyman services, and he did a great job with each project for a fair price. He has his contractor’s license and is versatile in his knowledge and capabilities. Ken works diligently and does a great job. The projects that he has completed for me include restringing patio lights and connecting them to the patio light switch, replacing the patio wall lantern, installing wired LED lights in the garage, fixing a leaking bathtub faucet (requiring buying and installing new cartridge), assembling a new recumbent bike, assembling a new deck storage box and installing a hanging storage rack from the garage ceiling and assembling a five-shelf garage storage case. When I bought the wrong strip lights for the garage, Ken went to Home Depot to return the old lights and buy the correct ones. He finds creative solutions for any problem. He is trustworthy, reliable and a pleasure to work with. I recommend him wholeheartedly."
