Mike Hewett the owner and chief service man came over the same day for a free inspection and proposal. He was experienced and knowledgeable and did a through job of the walkthrough. All Clear's proposal did not include "add-ons" and focused on the areas necessary for exterminating the rodents. Although somewhat pricey, Mike agreed to a more reasonable quote. The work that was performed a week later was done well, the two member crew of Jerry and Mike Jr were professional, courteous and flexible in taking input and incorporating them. Mike himself came in to inspect and finish the final piece that involved some ingenuity and creativity. The team has kept their schedule to do the follow up inspections and removal of rodent after the job. Overall, I'd recommend All Clear Exterminating and Mike for the job any day!"

"Horrible company, crooks!!! False advertised that dig defense was 3 feet deep by 3 feet wide. The product that showed up was only 16 inches deep. They did not properly scope and navigate my backyard property so the dog defense would not work at all. The project was a disaster and ended up having to be disputed through the credit card company because they continued to charge me for unauthorized amounts on my credit card. It was probably the worst company I?ve ever dealt with when it comes to scamming the customer and their services were terrible and their product was a lie. Do not use this company is all I can say stay far away."

"Poorly. I didn’t know until I started to paint the exterior just how poorly it has gone. I had a good experience with the repairs guy, the tenters arrived on time and I guessed that went well. My issue is that I was supervising renovations on the property when the subterranean technicians supposedly completed their job. Not even the plumbers who were working on the main line underneath the house could verify that the exterminator had been there to deal with the subterranean treatment. I called to express my concern and the woman in the office was neither pleasant, nor helpful and insisted that if the tech reported he did the job, thank it was done. This was in November 2019 shortly after I closed escrow and before I moved in. Fast forward to March 2021, 16 months later. I was prepping the exterior of the home to be painted and discovered large portions of termite damage. Having the issues I had reported to the company via written complaint not acknowledged as well, I called Orkin. A tech came out and did a free estimate with photos (something D&S Termite never did), and told me it looked very unlikely that any subterranean treatment was done considering there was no sign of trenching. Now I have to pay AGAIN for subterranean treatment because they are clearly signs of active mud tunnels and damage. Not happy then. Not happy now."

He made sure that if something needed to be repaired the job was done right. The worker (Julio) who did all the repairs of the wood and siding (from wood rot and termite damage) was very pleasant to work with and did an excellent job. He was very conscientious and thorough. The repairs he did fit seamlessly into the existing structure. It looked brand new!!! I’m very happy with the outcome of the job."
