"Quick tear down and new fence put up. However I noticed several pieces (pickets, 4x4, and 6x6) had splits in them either before installation or as they were installed. This is a wood fence and any splits at the start mean those pieces will have to be replaced earlier than the rest of the fence. This was an expensive project that I saved up to get done. As the project was done during the week, I had only a flashlight when I got home at night after work to view their work. Although Nestor was amenable during the project on things I noticed with the flashlight, as soon as he got the rest of the money that stopped. As I had time in the daylight, I noticed the problems and emailed him with pictures. He has never responded. I am totally shocked based on the other reviews that one I had any installation problems ( choosing to use defective pieces or causing damage to those pieces during installation and not changing out the piece is an installation issue which he said was warrantied for 1 year) or that he has not responded to make it right. Maybe I just got “lucky”."

"Danny did a great job. A few years ago he pressure washed our wood fence and did a great job then too. He's very thorough and meticulous in his work. He alerted us to problems on the roof and with the gutters, which we very much appreciated. He did a terrific job on my neighbor's house and roof too. We'll definitely continue using his services."
