One day prior to them completing the work, a neighbor came and started chatting with them over an hour which slowed them down. It wasn't until that night that they finished with my help. In the morning when I awoke, I noticed some items that had not been done. They came out and finished up the work. I had to call them a second time when I noticed some of the work was not done properly. During the time they were fixing the items that needed to be repaired; they reset a post and ran into a pipe that belonged to my sprinkler set. I didn't notice it right away until the water was leaking but decided to let it go to avoid future damage.
