"We had hired A. Palmer Roofing, Inc. for several jobs over many years to maintain/repair old roof. When it became apparent that it was time to replace the entire roof we went directly to this company. If you are lucky to get Mr. Jose Faria, as your Project Manager, you will be in excellent hands. Mr. Faria spent a lot of time getting us ready for this major renovation. He ordered many samples of tile and completely apprised us of the timelines for each phase of this project. Upon execution of the contract, he took care of all the paperwork for the official permit and coordinated all necessary inspections with the building department. All inspections passed first time. During demo of the existing roof it became apparent that much of the plywood base was rotted. All rotted plywood, including wood in horizontal/vertical surfaces, surrounding roof, was replaced. Two types of underlayment, galvanized metal sheeting, new lead stacks to all plumbing pipes, 13" concrete tile was installed. Mr. Faria coordinated the detachment/reattachment of the pool cage with a separate subcontractor. There was a couple of different crews working on this project. One group handled the demo and second crew installed the new tile/trims etc. It was an amazing amount of manpower and each day, they came to the house around 7:30 a.m. in the morning and were working right up to early evening. These crews were focused on our house and were not being moved around to other projects until they were finished with us. I think our new roof looks absolutely beautiful. We have received many compliments from neighbors on how it turned out and the workmanship, they observed, going into it."

I live within an Association and before being able to start the work they required so much documentation in order to approve it. Jesus also returned my calls timely and the job they did was great. His team of workers were polite and cleaned up the jobsite each day. I have an atrium and some of the removed shingles had fallen into it. During the job I noticed it and fully anticipated going into it later on the pick up the shingles. I did not have to, as the team dropped down into the atrium and cleaned it up before finishing. That was such a pleasant surprise. Even after the job was completed and I advised Jesus that my insurance company was requiring pictures of the new roof, he sent someone to take the pictures for me. Talk about customer service! He once said to me that his customers come first, and I believe that. I would highly recommend Estrada Roofing. I already have told family and friends and they are calling them for their roofing needs. So nice to find a company in Miami which such great professional service."
