Quality of product, installation and service are essential components of this decision. This is why we chose to go with Power for our new roof and gutters. EVERY interaction with each employee was customer-centric. They patiently listened to our requirements and concerns and then offered effective solutions during and throughout the entire process. (The warranty was also the best available.) Power is a large company with multiple locations across the country, ours was headquartered in Maryland but the work was completed in Virginia. This geographic distance did not adversely effect the outcome. From the initial salesperson (who took the gutsy risk of letting me visit and talk with two neighborhood customers while he waited outside before signing our contract) through the schedulers, work execution and Quality Control final inspection we were well pleased. The work started on time and was completed on time. Numerous personal phone calls and visits by the Power inspectors provided us with the comforting conclusion that we made the correct choice for a truly professional contractor. With our 50 year labor and product warranty I doubt we will need to redo our roof in our lifetime BUT if we move we would definitely chose Power again! Check the Better Business Bureau reviews and complaints and you will easily see that Power is a responsive and reasonable company to work with. Need a new roof? Power is your answer."

"The roof looked really good. We started getting some heavy rains and the roof began leaking. He has been back about 4 times. I have now been trying to call. I was trying to be patient, but no one bothered to call back. The last time I called they informed me that I was on the list, but they would not be calling me to acknowledge that they had received my request. Basically, my complaint was not as important as the others. I said that was enough. I am not satisfied with their actions. Mr. Palmer and his crew did a fine job initially and were very nice. Now after the job is done and I am seeing leaks, they are not being responsive. I cannot paint inside my kitchen with the leaks. I would not recommend them to anybody. Mr. Palmer himself was professional, but the service I was getting from the people that answered the phones was unacceptable."

"Iâ m really glad I found ProFormance Roofing. With all the afternoon storms recently, a leak began in my living room ceiling. I submitted my request on the new Angi app and in less than 30 minutes I received a phone call and a text from Taylor. I scheduled a day and time for someone to come and look at my situation. Tyler called to confirm the morning of and arrived on time. He performed a detailed inspection of my roof, attic and living room ceiling. About an hour later Tyler provided me with a reasonably priced, written quote to replace the ridge vent. Later that day a representative from a second company came to provide a quote. The gentleman from the 2nd company performed a quick inspection and said I would need a whole new roof. I called Tyler back and asked him if my roof needed to be repaired or replaced? I called Taylor back in the office to approve Tylerâ s quote and to go over payment options. Itâ s been one week today that Tyler installed the new ridge vent and Iâ m happy to say that with all of the heavy downpours this past week, my living room ceiling is nice and dry. I found Tyler very easy to work with and I would work with him again. He was knowledgeable, trustworthy and went the extra mile. There were some loose shingles that were not part of the project that he secured for me when he didnâ t have to. Taylor was also great. Very responsive and personable via phone, text and email."
