They didn't do anything we did not ask for, gave good estimates when we asked for extra things not included in our original contract and made our experience a great one. They created a new wall in the kitchen to hide the tankless water heater, painted it, installed cabinets and a sink. In the bathroom they placed the tub surround, painted and finished installing the vanity. Then we asked them to replace the drop ceiling in a hallway, it was quickly taken care of. I grew up on a local dairy farm. Working hard is a way of life. I started working in the trades through a youth apprenticeship program in high school, where I worked half of a day on a residential jobsite. I continued to work in the construction industry and went to MATC. I graduated the Wood Technics program. It consisted of multiple classes including drafting, codes and regulations, building trades and remodeling. I started Quam Construction llc in 2007. We have been doing construction remodeling and repairs ever since.
