Nanod was the plumber who did the final installation of the sump pump set-up and discharge configuration. "Initial work was acceptable, though they left a significant mess afterward. The real problem began with their ?Warranty,? which must be renewed yearly. My elderly mother missed a payment or two because no reminder was ever sent. When we tried to resolve the issue, Anthony (Tony) L. was extremely aggressive on the phone. Tony L. insisted we would need to pay $3,000 to recertify the work. When we asked about installment payments, he said ?No.? When we asked if they could set up automatic withdrawals to prevent future missed payments, he again said ?No,? even while boasting that they are a national company?apparently one that can?t manage automatic billing. When my elderly mother mentioned contacting the BBB, he threatened to sue her. He then made repeated calls to me and threatened to ?make trouble? with my employer. It is impossible to recommend a company that tolerates this kind of behavior from one of its service managers. Avoid this company."

"My hunting land needed stumps, trees and brush removed and a trail system created. Evan came out and walked the 90 acres with me. I explained what my ideas were for improving the hunting on the property. He did make some recommendations for the land and repairs to the pond. He had improvements on other properties, which worked well his customers. I gave him my budget and he believed he would be in budget. Some issues come up on my side and they were very willing to work me get it done. My hunting party and I are very happy with the work done. My 76 yr old father in law and friend that had a stroke can easily navigate for hunting. They worked long days due to a rain delay. This was to stay on the work schedule for the next customer. I would HIGHLY recommend Evan and Josh for rotary head and high hoe work. My neighbors and I have another project we are planning for the next year. I wanted to load photos of the work done, but the app will not let me."

"My basement had wall crack steps, horizontal cracks, bowing issues along with moisture issues. Water would come in the basement regularly. Everything was taken care of by RENEW about 6-7 years ago. They replaced some of the foundation bricks, installed a drainage system, placed reinforcement rods along the walls and installed a sump pump. RENEW also helped me with additional request as the project progressed (removing personal items, etc). On the exterior they added and pitched dirt along with placing decorative rocks. I’m writing this 6-7 years later so I’m sure I’ve left a few things out. Since having the work done, my basement has been dry. THERE IS NO WATER/MOISTURE PROBLEMS AT ALL! RENEW is a family business that takes pride in their work. They are dependable, personable, reasonable with cost and most of all knowledgeable. Most reviews are done relatively close to when the work is performed. My review is years later which should tell anyone reading this, they do excellent work at a reasonable price."
