He mentioned a few options and stated that he needed to discuss the situation with his team and would get back to me. Took photos and measurements. Was here about an hour documenting all the issues. <br /> A week later Kyle came back with recommendations from the team. There was no mention of repairing the damaged foundation wall. I used another company that rebuilt the wall with cinder blocks and concrete, and sealed up the leaky window. No leaks. No need for a sump pump system. <br /> If you need a sump pump system, I think this company would do an excellent job. Very detail oriented. <br />"

"Basement Systems, Inc. provides a wide range of waterproofing solutions that they offer through a network of local dealers.  Sure-Dry is the local dealer for the Wausau, WI area. <br /> Sure-Dry responded promptly with their sales call and provided an initial estimated in early November, 2014 but couldn't schedule the work until the middle of January due to their backlog of work. The sump pit, pumps (primary, secondary and battery backup) and alarms (Triple Safe Sump Pump System) were installed as promised and a technical rep. stopped by the following week to check out the system. With the January freeze, water flow is very low and the system is not active, so we had to pour water into the pit to check out the floats and pumps.  <br /> Sure-Dry is scheduled to return in the Spring after "the thaw" to bury the discharge lines and install their IceGuard System. I will post an update here and will have more performance experience with the thaw. <br />"

"DRAIN TILE WORKS GREAT. THE CREW DID A GREAT JOB. BREAKING UP A FLOOR AND HAULING TONS OF CONCRETE AND GRAVEL IN AND OUT OF A BASEMENT IS DIRTY, DUSTY WORK. "The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"

"They were in the midst of another job when we called to say that we were unable to get water from our well.one of the Froemel boys came and checked our pump immediately to see if the pump needed replacing. That was okay, so he did a check on the piping and found that to be a problem. He came back the following Monday to try pulling the well. It refused to budge after a few hours of trying with his helper, so he came back the next day with a bigger rig and his father. That did the trick. We had the pipes and sandpoint replaced and have had no problems since. I recommend them to anyone in need of having a well worked on. <br />"
