"Bayshore did a great job. It was easy to get in touch with them to discuss pricing and make an appointment. David called several days ahead to confirm our date and time, and arrived when scheduled. He was very nice and professional, and did a great job with the carpets. While other companies gave me a song and dance about any problem areas (one went so far as to tell me the carpet was "ceasing to be"), David was forthright in pointing out any issues and discussing what was feasible. I am planning to have him come back to steam my tile floors and will definitely use him again the next time I need the carpets cleaned.

"This is the first review I have ever written. I highly recommend Surface Experts. They are worthy of all the positive reviews you have seen. Paul is true to his word. The quality of work that Paul and Erica did was amazing! My house is all tile and was in need of a professional cleaning. I also have a cream colored couch that needed cleaning. Paul called me back the same day. He scheduled a time to come and look over all my concerns. He was on time, texted me he was on his way and took his time evaluating everything. I did not the history of my tile floor. Paul started to clean it and knew right away there was a problem. He called me and sent me a picture. There was so much build up on the tile that the normal product would not take it all off. He knew exactly what to do. The tile looks brand new! The next day after it dried there was an area that needed more work. I sent him a picture and he was back the very next day. The floor is beautiful! I will definitely use them again."

"Max Martin was very good. I provided the tile and he and his assistance removed the old tile and installed the new tile. They used cement backer board (preferred) and grouted everything. I did the sealant myself when it was all dry. The tile is gorgeous and he even suggested adding more artistic elements where I hadn't considered adding them. It's been 18 months since he did the work and it still looks as good as the day he left. He was very professional - a true craftsman!"
