"Randy was just awesome! He was very knowledgeable and very kind. I called him around 10 am after having a new refrigerator delivered. I explained that I needed some help with the water line that connects to the ice maker/water dispenser. He explained over the phone what likely needed to happen and then told me that he would get back with me in a couple of hours. I gave him my address and info and sure enough--2 hours later he comes, takes a look at what I need done, went to the hardware store, and bought what was needed. He then came back and installed everything and spent a good deal of time talking to me about installing our gutters. He's very friendly and I would not hesitate to call him again if we need work done on our house or remodeling. The quality of service we received definitely exceeded the price we paid to hire him. "I'd had Greg work on my last house many times, when he worked for a different company. I needed him to inspect the water heater & boiler flue for the buyers just a week before hiring him for this job at our new house. He's professional, available on short notice, shows up on time, patiently explains anything he's asked, & does great work! Greg checked the boiler for the yellow flame & no problems were evident. However, water started dripping on the burners, indicating a small crack or pinhole. He recommended that I shut it down for the time being, and advised that the boiler would only have another year or two of use left. He shut off the gas, water & electrical to the boiler, and at my request, took the time to show me how to power it back up again when necessary. Luckily, we also have furnaces! While he was leaving, he noticed evidence that there had been a small leak in my water heater at some point. Without being asked, he took a peek at it, showed me where the leak had been & advised that I might start thinking about replacing it soon."

"We hired Jorge based on the reviews I read on Angie's list and was not disappointed. He is a very hard worker and the tile that was replaced looks so beautiful we wanted to buy clear shower doors so it wouldn't be covered up. He cleaned up all the mess. We had a lot of drywall that needed to be fixed and he did an excellent job. The bathroom floors were installed last and also looks beautiful. We had some problems with two of the toilets and he fixed them also. We are also hiring Jorge to paint the outside of our house, so we will be leaving a review for that in a few weeks. He is very talented in his work and and shows up when he says. I thought a handyman could do these jobs. I hired two different ones, and neither one could do the work satisfactory. So glad I found Jorge. He isn't a handyman, he's a professional."

"I was extremely upset that I was charged $114.00 for a $2.73 Wye 1-and a half inch PVC Pipe sold in Plumbing Department at Home Depot/Lowe’s/ Menards. No one sells THIS part for over $3.00. I am a senior citizen and a Disabled American Veteran AND this is Absurd. I have been with AB May for well over 7-years and this is Horrendous and it is PRICE GAUGING. Also my Backup Battery was $509.99 and my M98 was $202.00. The WYE was $114.00 and the Alarm costed $136.00. This service ALL Together ran me over $1600.00. My technician Joe handed me my Alarm in a BOX, in MY hand and told me to read the “Instructions “! AB May is not what it used to be and having a Service Contract means nothing if you add on. I paid over $600.00 for JUST LABOR! This was an ACT of God because we had so much rain that my Sump Pump couldn’t keep up! “Buyer Beware”! This Company will milk you DRY!!!!"
