"We are long-time Anthony’s customers and are on their ASAP plan. We had a list of several electrical projects we needed done: (1) a bedroom wall switch replaced (2) 2 lights added to our basement (3) a kitchen fluorescent fixture re-wired to accept LED lighting (4) a bathroom fan replaced and (5) an outlet with a dedicated circuit installed in our garage for the control box of a sprinkler system. The team of Todd and Tyler arrived at our house at the appointed time and got right to work. All of the work was done very professionally and we are very happy with the result. They were actually able to replace the motor in the old bathroom fan, which was less expensive than replacing the entire fan, and that was fine with us! The invoice was very clear about what work was done and we got a nice discount because we are ASAP members. "Randy was just awesome! He was very knowledgeable and very kind. I called him around 10 am after having a new refrigerator delivered. I explained that I needed some help with the water line that connects to the ice maker/water dispenser. He explained over the phone what likely needed to happen and then told me that he would get back with me in a couple of hours. I gave him my address and info and sure enough--2 hours later he comes, takes a look at what I need done, went to the hardware store, and bought what was needed. He then came back and installed everything and spent a good deal of time talking to me about installing our gutters. He's very friendly and I would not hesitate to call him again if we need work done on our house or remodeling. The quality of service we received definitely exceeded the price we paid to hire him. "Very well. They are craftsmen. Put up plastic barriers to keep down the dust in the rest of the house. They did a wonderful job. Our new bath looks beautiful. His designer helped me turn my ideas into real world structures. The materials they used and the workmanship of their installation is first class. They are a little more expensive than some but they can do all the things you want them to and do them correctly. We are very pleased with their work.

"Anthony was very friendly and professional and even called to say he was going to be 10-15 minutes late because he was caught in traffic. He took a look at the faucet we had and discovered that we actually had a leak in the pipe inside the house that fed the outdoor faucet. He fixed the portion of the pipe that had split and installed the faucet - but he did not charge us for the extra labor and parts for fixing the pipe that had split - even after we insisted. We are fans for life and will call DTS on any future plumbing needs we have! I highly recommend DTS Plumbing to others!"

Every afternoon when they left, they cleaned everything and they left everything nicer than it was when they arrived. "Someone from the company came to my house to see and have explained the job I desired  to have done.  The Big Deal had been purchased and paid for.   It was explained to me the peninsula cabinets could be removed and a 4' stub wall could be built, extending from the existing wall, but no taping or mudding would be done.  That would be left to me.  Same for the ceiling, as it was an "unknown" as to what would be condition of the ceiling once the cabinet came down.  It seemed we were in agreement.  At no time was I told there would be an additional $50. charge for moving the cabinets outside or hauling off. 
The two workers that came were very nice and appeared to be experienced, but they did not bring any lumber for studs and only brought one piece of sheetrock that measured 2' x 4'.  I was shown the" instructions" scribbled on a small scrap of paper that was given to them.  It only stated 2 x 4 sheetrock.  So that's what they brought. I said they could go to the local lumber yard and get the material.  They stated their day usually ended at this time and they did not want to stay to do the job.  I reminded them their company was the one who scheduled them to be working at that time.  They had me lead the way to the lumber yard and with my credit card purchase the sheet rock and 2 x 4's they needed.  They did remove the cabinets and put up the wall.  They told me there was an additional $50.  charge for removing the cabinets.  They were very nice about the whole thing.  I feel like their company did not do a good job of providing them with the information and instructions needed to be prepared with materials to do the job.  I also feel it was underhanded and not very professional to have never mentioned the $50. cost that I was later charged.
