"They have cleaned my carpets, not only this time, but a couple of other times, too. The carpet is light colored so it's a little more difficult to get clean looking. They have to come back to hit one difficult place. The are scheduled for later in the week. They don't act snippy about having to come back. They do a better job than some big brand names I've had in the past. It's important that the cleaners don't leave and quot;residueand quot; on the carpets because over time, it turns dark and splotchy. I have not had this trouble with Advance. <br /> The carpets do get real wet during cleaning so it's important to allow lots of drying time especially if you add Scotch-guard. I don't know any way to get around this. The cleaners seem like nice people. I've not been afraid about having them in my house. I have recommended them to friends. <br />"
