Greg and Kevin completed the job very quickly and with great quality. I wish I would have hired them first! This was a 0 grout joint installation and there was very little lippage, if any on the 12x24 tiles they installed. Would hire again anytime. Very nice people also."

One of the things I like about this company is that you talk to the owner (Raimundo) since the beginning, and he is also the one putting the floor. This means you will not waste your time with a sales person that tells you one thing, and then the day of the project someone else is the one installing it. Raimundo was very attentive, professional, pays attention to detail, and ensures high quality work. He has a great attitude throughout the entire project, and he is resourceful whenever an obstacle comes its way. Also, once the job is done, if there is any unforeseen issues, he gladly fixes them. For example, one of my tiles had a chip that I didn’t notice until the job was done. I told Raimundo and he came that same week and removed the tile and put a new one at no extra charge. After our renters destroyed the carpets, tile and walls, we looked for a company that could come in and make the property look beautiful again. We met with a few companies, but Derrick had great vision for what we were looking for and offered to go above and beyond with his services. Choosing Fausnight Flooring was the best decision we've made with our remodel project. Here is a list of everything they did for us: 1. Removed the tile and carpet throughout the entire house 2. patched and resurfaced the underlying foundation where settling had occurred 3. removed all the shelving from all closets then patched, sanded and retextured all the interior walls 4. Painted all interior walls, crown molding, doors and frames throughout the house 5. Installed new backsplash in the kitchen and around the fireplace 6. Seamlessly installed premium flooring throughout the whole house 7. Repaired or replaced damaged floor boards that apparently had been chewed on by the renters' dog. 7. They discovered errors in the original construction and made repairs. 8. I was trying to repair a section of my front door and, while I was busy with work, Derrick and his crew fixed it for me 9. "Fantastic!! I was called within hours of posting my search on Angie’s List and scheduled for cleaning the next day. Not only were they efficient, they were also friendly and extremely professional. My couch, which was full of stains from pet slobber, body oils and such, looks like new and smells amazing!! I then hired them to clean 3 area rugs, which I had previously been told couldn’t be cleaned. One had blood stains from my puppy’s bleeding paws. All 3 came out spotless!! You’d never know that one is over 15 yrs old!!! I wish I had taken before and after pictures to show the unbelievable difference!
