However, when there is a company that performs so above and beyond expectations, and does it less expensive than anyone else, and gives customer service that you thought was extinct, then the time comes to crack open the laptop and share that experience with everyone. I am thrilled and excited to share with you our experience with Ross Services. Our pool and patio were in desperate need of renovation, but we dreaded the thought of taking on a construction project in South Florida. Initially we screened about 12 companies on line and narrowed it down to 4 for on-site estimates. We had several issues on top of the new pool resurface and new patio. We had hurricane shutter tracks that needed to be adjusted and steel shutters cut. We had a very large heavy planter that needed to be moved, and we had a tricky drainage issue, as we have a flush walk out onto patio from our living room. Greg from Ross Services was the ONLY one who was able to address and solve all our issues. In fact, after adding all the extra services Ross actually came in with a lower price. Competitors did not come close to all the "extras" Ross provided and which were all included in the quote. Gre g takes his time reviewing all design options, has lots of pictures and even brings tile samples which saves you from having to visit tile showrooms. As a nice bonus they even provide pool service for your pool for 2 months, and Michael with Puya Pools is conscientious and super knowledgeable. Workers were always on time, fast (patio and pool were completed in one week) and professional. Greg kept us posted on what to expect as the project progressed and was always available by phone or text for questions. Thankfully we chose the right company. Thanks to everyone at Ross Services for making this project stress free. We love our new pool and patio!"

"It went pretty well. Had to call a few times to get them to schedule, but I understand being busy. They had one small mess up involving a blower and some concrete dust and my car. BUT it was an accident and I understand accidents do happen. They were very apologetic and offered to clean the car and the garage, no permanent damage was done so it was all good. They did a very good job of cleaning up there mess at the end of each day which I do appreciate very much. Once they started working they worked everyday except one(it was raining) and completed the job on time. The quality of the work is very good. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the exact color and style you want. The crew was very nice, polite and respectful. I will most likely hire them again to do my backyard."

"My old steps were really bad.  Looked bad, steep, narrow tread, wobbly handrail.  A difficult installation, many factors had to be considered that I never thought about.  Involved some exterior plastering eventually.  Stairs are really beautiful now.  The rock facing Irv used is beautiful.  These stairs are such an improvement, words don't express it.  Irv is a great guy, easy going, knowledgable.  Very fair price and a great result.  This is not a simple project by any means.  Very satisfied. <br />"

"From start of the job to completion everything went very smooth! Tarek the sales representative for Holeman, Inc. followed through with everything needed and everything we asked about the process! Tarek called, emailed, texted us to keep us informed! We are very happy with Tarek, Tarek went above and beyond as did Andrew the contractor for Holeman as well! Andrew also followed through and kept us updated with process! The team that put the Hardie board on our house (Mike and Danny) worked extremely hard and our house looks beautiful with the new siding! "After getting several bids for our job which included 2000 sq feet of tile flooring and new kitchen we decided to go with Jays. The sales staff is extremely professional and attentive. Aidee was a highlight for the sales end and did a fantastic job guiding us through a complete kitchen remodel. Only hang up was a miscommunication with granite and being told we would pick the slab and then finding out it was picked out for us and cut before we had a chance to inspect it. It turned out fine, but the miscommunication caused a bit of unnecessary angst. The kitchen installer Ray was meticulous and we would definitely have him back for cabinetry work in the future if we ever need it. Renee helped us with the tile and grout colors and they look great. We had some issues with the footing and then with gaps in baseboard and floors but we were persistent about it being fixed right and eventually it was. Our floors were very uneven and Junior did a good job laying the tiles and trying to even things out as he went along... there are a couple areas we have found where the tiles have a lip but it is to be expected that it won’t be perfect. Had a bit of a communication issue at times but we were able to work around it. Eddie was overseeing Junior and he was able to clarify any problems we had. There were a few areas where the tile wasn’t done close enough to the wall and even with baseboard we have a gap, but Josh has been able to fill most areas with some filler that matches the grout. We should have been more mindful of this but we didn’t realize it until the baseboard was being put up. Biggest thing is that Jays did fill the gaps after we asked for it to be done so it looked finished. So all in all we are happy with the outcome. Ran into some snags but nothing major. The price was very competitive. Only surprise was up charge for flooring materials for uneven floor areas after the fact. It didn’t seem that unreasonable so we paid without making a fuss. I think it was important having someone there to oversee things as they went along at times, but that is probably important on any home construction job just to make sure things are being done the way you want. Solid 4 stars overall."
