"Dealing with Elcon Electric was truly a pleasure. First, the scheduling department had John come to our home at a time that was convenient to us. He arrived as promised and clearly ran through the estimate, permitting process and FPL's involvement. He went on to mention that it would likely be necessary to cutout a portion of the drywall that we would be responsible for replacing. Fortunately, the additional cutout was not required. Over the course of the next several weeks, the scheduling and permitting department kept us informed of the estimated installation date. Once confirmed, Roman, the electrician, arrived as scheduled, performed the installation flawlessly and left our home in perfect condition with a brand new electrical panel. Would definitely hire again and recommend to our friends and relatives."

"Kent of Mr. Sparky arrived right on time and was so helpful. We are new to the whole generator realm and needed an outlet installed to be able to run our portable generator if power went out so that our well pump would work. Kent walked around the house with me and made suggestions on how we could go about making this connection. He then discovered that we already had the outlet installed. (Thanks to my builder's far sightedness) He then walked me through the whole connection process, how and what breakers to shut off or turn on and how it would all work. I was only charged for a visit and Kent shared his number with me if we had any questions. "Carl was great! I sent him a photos of the closet and of the doors I wanted installed. He gave us the estimate for his work and told us how to order the doors. Although Carl did offer to pick up the doors himself, we were able to fit them in our station wagon, so we bought them at Lowe's, ourselves. Carl arrived on time and completed the work as promised. He installed track for top and bottom of sliding doors and had to adjust tile and molding to do so. He patched a spot on our wall, too. The doors look great, and just as the other reviewers mentioned, Carl really is a super nice guy! This was a small job, but even so, Carl treated us like it was very important to him. I appreciated his attitude, as well as his skill set! His work was excellent, and soon we hope to use him to remodel our kitchen! Thanks, Carl!
