"He was very reasonable. He did a very good job for us. He is very reliable. On a side note he stayed until 9 o' clock at night to make sure the work did not run into a second day. We thought that was very impressive. With regard to cleanup, he took care of everything. He hauled away our old ceiling fans as well, so he actually took some debris with him. With regard to price, I could not beat the price anywhere else. In fact, we had a quote of $700; he did it for $300. We haven't had any issues with the quality. As a whole, he was very easy to get a hold of and very easy to work with. The fact that he was willing to come and stay late speaks to his work ethic. He was very courteous. He actually went to a retail chain store for us and picked up a card. He was just superb and a real joy to work with. He called us a week or two later just to make sure everything was going fine.
