"They quoted a price over the phone and then increased the charge when they got to the house. They said the increased charge was due to the fact that they considered our crawl space a second level to our home. The price they quoted was for a single story house, which is what our house is. Our crawl space is the height of a level of the house in the back of the house where they were working, so we agreed to pay the higher amount. Just wish we'd known to expect that. <br /> They cleaned the gutters just fine, I suppose. But several months later all of the water is running out of one corner of the gutter. We have guards on our gutters, and that has not been an issue in the seven years or so we've owned the house. We called PI roofing back to tell us if the gutters/downspouts are clogged again or if the gutters are unbalanced. They said they are clogged again and they offered to sell us GutterGuards for $600. Maybe they did everything right and it's just natural that our gutters are clogged again, but I'm just not sure. In the future, we might consider using PI Roofing again, but I think I'd want to look around a little more before. <br />"

"Called them for a repair and Doug came out and found some hail damage. He met our adjuster at the house a couple of days later and got the ins to pay for the damage. The repairs were made and no mess left behind. Great company! <br />"

"I shopped around the ought several different roofing companies and found some to be extremely cheap and uninsured and no warranty on the product. I also found some to be very expensive Miller roofing was right in the middle of the price ranges and offered a complete warranty on the roof. The owner was easy to talk to and very professional. Miller roofing went over in detail what I needed and what would be overkill so to speak and we found what was the right options to go with for my needs. Due to heavy storms recently they were a little behind, well not behind more like they had clients stacked, and was unsure when they would be able to get to me exactly. I wasn't in desperate need at the time and knew others probably had more severe issues than I did. (I had one small leak). The company came out and on their own time and own dime put a tarp on my roof to keep me dry. To my surprise they were at my house within 8-9 days and the entire job was completed in two days. The employees were trustworthy and professional. <br />"

"Excellent experience from initial contact by the sales/estimator representative to final clean-up. Product was delivered on schedule and put in place on the roof quickly. Foreman showed up as soon as a few days of rain stopped to deliver trailer and was very knowledgeable and helpful on what to expect in time and inconvenience. Crew showed up on time and worked quickly and did the full job Friday thru mid-day Sunday to minimize time of inconvenience. Job looks great and they did a great job of clean-up."

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

We went to the stone place and picked out the granite countertops we wanted and the sinks and everything. They just really do a custom job. They’re awesome."

He spent over an hour with me, asked dozens of questions and offered a lot of advice and options. His estimate was not the cheapest, but definitely on the lower side. It was also the most detailed, listing types and prices of all necessary materials, right down to the cost of the nails. <br /> I needed extensive repairs on a back porch roof and had several other areas that needed smaller repairs, along with 3 layers of shingles to be removed. At the end of each day my yard was clean. He went above and beyond expectations to make my roof look great, right down to painting exhaust vents to match my new roof color.
