"Matt Aguilar left a door hangar on my door representing Lake Hamilton Roofing. I knew he and his crew just completed a roof in my neighborhood and I noticed they were swift and proficient. I called Matt because we recently had a hail storm come through and he may have noticed my roof needed an inspection. After his inspection, Matt presented his findings. There was no doubt I needed new shingles. He was very explanatory about the process and expressed how little I would be involved if I so decided. As he explained, Matt handled all of the phone calls with the insurance and showed up to advocate when the adjuster performed his inspection as well. His team took care of all matters concerning the claim and managed to appease a few extra task I requested as well. In addition to replacing the shingles, the crew added additional gutters I requested, installed additional roof vents, and replaced the tin on my shed. I am very satisfied with the results and grateful for the professionalism."

"Travis' roofing team showed up early and got to work.  The job went quickly and professionally.  The roofers were careful to clean up everything before they left.  They really did a good job I had another roofer come and inspect their work and he said everything was done correctly to uphold the shingles factory warranty.  Apparently many roofers cut cost by using an inferior top shingle for the ridge causing the shingle's warranty to be void.  
I would use Duraplex roofing in the future.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
