"We had a roof vent blow off during the heavy rains of May 2021 and a downspout shoot water from the second floor into the driveway. It was a mess! Little did we know that there was more damage than we knew. We were so impressed by Licio's approach of taking video and pictures and thorough documentation for pricing so that we could see just what was happening on our very steep roof and ridgeline- in addition to our vent and downspout. Licio then shared those pictures with his crew so there wasn't any guessing for them as they did the labor. He was honest about what we needed to do- even if it wasn't the most lucrative option for him. We had a downspout repaired, a spashshield installed, silicone rubber around the vents as well as a few patches on our roof. We knew what was happening at each stage of the process. Karla, the receptionist, was very responsive and answered my questions in a very professional and timely manner. We would highly recommend their service!"

If the roofing crew have notified myself or the contractor in fixing the issues, it would have been simple. When I did the contract of the roof, I also contracted the gutter to be replaced, and they has not replaced the gutter.
