And there was ZERO hint of the Office Scheduler feeling put out. That is RARE. For me it is. Through the process of the initial quote, the price, the followup, the numerous questions that arose from the engineer, contractor, myself, . . . Numerous - Denis not once failed to answer my call or promptly respond. Rare indeed. Ruben the owner is Kind, Communicative, Humble, Accommodating, Family Man. And he has put together one Heck of a Team. And ultimately, the hard work, and the Intention, the Attitude, the Care, and yes the craftsmanship. Concrete can be halfway done like anything else. And like a lot of things, A lot can be overlooked if One doesn't know or isn't aware. Homeowners Especially . . . It's the little things that add up into a **** Good Finished Product to stand back and be Really Really Pleased with a things such as this that can turn out a number of different ways. "I had a relatively small project involving gravel delivery, and in the course of discussion they learned I was needing to pick up railroad ties. They offered to save me the trouble by picking up and delivering the ties along with the gravel. I consider this extremely excellent customer service, especially considering the small nature of the service request! In addition, they came in at a far lower price than competitors - (& they provided the convenience of picking up the railroad ties!) Caleb, who made the delivery was especially helpful and professional! If I have any other landscaping need, I will be sure to go to them, and only them!"
