With the exception of a brief lunch break, these guys worked non-stop........and this was a 3 day job!! There was no fooling around, talking on cell phones, etc. And the finished product was far superior to what had been installed 20 years ago by a different fence company. "They are excellent. They are working right now on my fence. They are very good with what they do. They are very good with a very good price. On price, I did check different companies and they gave me the best price. They are A with the price, really good. It was like a $3000 different. For quality, they have done an excellent job. The material that they used for the fence looks like it is of very good quality. For responsiveness, they answer right a way when you call them. If they don't call you right back, it takes them like an hour or two to call you if they need to. They are very reliable. If there is a problem, if it is raining or if there is an inconvenience they don't come but so far they have been really good. For punctuality, it has been a little bit difficult because of the weather but they come in every day. Sometimes they come in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. It is good that I am here and because it is exterior, they don't need someone in the house and they have everything they need outside. They are very polite. Whatever they write in the contract is what they give you. They follow what they wrote in the contract and they are very professional. We are planning to something else next year and we are going to contact them."
