"Customer service, excellent to speak with on the phone. The owner showed up went up and said I needed $6000 worth of repairs for straightening one flu pointing and recapping with waterproofing. That chimney is easy access about 2 1/2 ft.²square. His coworker did the cleaning while he tried to get me to agree to a $6000 job and in the 15 minutes his coworker was up there I never received a visual inspection never was told anything about the condition of my sleeves, but I was told if I agreed he could do it for 5500 and then five and then 4500. I didn?t agree I paid him for cleaning and he left. Another company looked at it and said it was an $800 job. You decide if it was good to do a business with them."

"Colin and his crew are miracle workers!! My bathrooms are sparkling clean, my hardwood floors are not streaky, they dusted and even got permanent marker off my kicthen counter. My house has never been so clean and they are dog friendly letting my dogs stay out while they cleaned!! No harsh chemicals either!!"
