"Fast Track Roofing (Zack & Jace) did a FANTASTIC job repairing some ridge shingles that blew off during hurricane Milton and then later repairing a leak in another location. My wife and I moved from Orlando, FL to Riverview, FL last summer. After purchasing our current home with a 2-year old roof and solar, we learned from a very helpful neighbor about a local unethical roofing company that did the original installation and did a horrible job!!! "If you need a roof replacement on your home, we highly recommend Rhyne Restoration â (The Roof Specialists). The Rhyne roofing team, under the pro-active management of Jason and Malisa, replaced our roof as if it was their roof. During our initial appointment Jason and Malisa took the time to explain the roof replacement process. Protection of our paved driveway with sheets of plywood, and the tarping of our shrubbery, are examples of the personal attention provided. Materiel was delivered in a timely manner as scheduled. Jason and Malisa provided daily oversite of the removal and replacement of the shingles and the cleanup/removal of debris. In addition, the crew diligently walked the perimeter of the house collecting any stray nails. Lastly, there was a final sweep with a magnetic device to gather any undetected nails. "Our roof took 4 days to complete. The workmanship was excellent. Since we live in Florida, we get storms almost daily this time of year. JAT roofers know how to install a roof in these conditions, ensuring everything is coverable on a moment's notice and when they leave for the day, everything is water tight ... each day. We had rain on 2 of the 4 installation days, yet no leaks. The roofers themselves were professional, very careful, and extremely hard working (three 12+ hour days) JAT admin office personnel are also top notch. We live in a "fastidious" (picky) HOA community. JAT was wonderful to work with through the initial roof project documentation process. JAT was VERY patient. We had excellent updates on schedules and what we needed to do. All permit and inspections were handled by JAT and done within 24-48 hours of work completion. We definitely recommend JAT Roofers. "

"When I first spoke to the Sunpro, it was about the roof over my enclosed porch that had a leak and I was given a price. Then it was noticed that my roof had some spots that needed attention. I was given an additional price if I had both roofs taken care of at one time and one price if I wanted to wait to have the roof done at another time. After talking to my husband, we decided to have it all done at one time. Just 2 days after both roofs were taken care of we had some heavy rain and not one leak."

"Nolands roofing Clermont FL: AWFUL!, Terrible! use anyone else. They put the wrong color roof on the house, absolutely awful color. Now have to live with a bright orange roof for 20 years. They filed a second claim on homeowners insurance and told me after the fact. Then kept sending an additional bill. no communication, NONE. When I told them I was not paying them another dime, they reported that nothing in the file shows the wrong color roof was placed. I said fine, I am going to go on and leave a review on every site I can get on, Veronica refused to take payment by phone because I was threatening her, I was threatening her? telling you I am going to leave a terrible review was a promise, not a threat. They sent a painter who promised to do a job. If I could do a 0-star review I would. USE ANY OTHER COMPANY!!!!!"

"I did my homework before selecting Jerry’s Roofing. Given the cost and importance of a project like this, I’m glad I got this one right. I saw they have been in business longer than anyone I found and had an excellent reputation. Even my coworkers and friends had great things to say about them. After checking out my roof, Jerry gave me a very fair quote that included more sheets of plywood than any of my other quotes. That really helped in my situation. Unfortunately, my roof was in worse shape than I realized and a lot of the wood had to be replaced. Fortunately for me, I selected the right company and these guys worked hard and late. Even though my roof damage was extensive, which really should not have been a shock to me considering the age, Jerry’s Roofing took care of us, and at a good price. The crew showed up on time and got started immediately. Very professional guys and obviously very experienced.
