The owner, Brett, responded to our inquiry within minutes of our sending it. He and his drywall expert, Jim, came out to inspect the two damaged stairwells within just a couple days. We asked for bids from other contractors for comparison, but no one came close to Real Estate Rescue for price or professionalism. Brett stayed in close contact during the whole project and Jim did an amazing job! He had the drywall repaired and painted in both stairwells in time for our next Sunday's service. It was clean and beautiful! Quite honestly, we are completely pleased with Real Estate Rescue's services in every way! We will definitely hire them for future projects."

He was impressed with the quality of the water heaters Ray provided and with Ray's knowledge and skill. He also said Ray was just a likable guy and enjoyable to talk to. The previous homeowner had done some pretty creative configuration under the sink in his do-it-yourself faucet installation and even Ray had his work cut out for him getting things properly aligned and getting the new one in. Ray also was able to instantly diagnose and repair the master bathtub drain that had been leaking into the crawlspace. After all was said and done, Ray charged us exactly what he promised for the water heaters (which was a bit less than Sears would have been) and only $90 extra for installing the faucet and fixing the tub drain, even though the faucet was a time consuming pain. We would absolutely have Ray back and asked for a stack of business cards to give our friends and neighbors. "
