"Oh my God they are fantastic. Oh my God , they are the best. They are just really good they are the best vendor I have ever used. Well because my roof is beautiful. What happened was, we had a you know, they came out and gave me a bid. My roof was having some issues and I did not think it was, he did not even think it was that bad, and what happened was that the roof started to fail, like it was too weak. And they came out everytime I called them. Because we had ran into like a time, and they had to do a schedule, a reschedule of three weeks and I am waiting for this roof. They came out every time it rained and a drop came in through that, if I had called for a complaint, they came out immediately that day. And they needed time to fix it but they instead of fixing would replace the whole thing. It was a $ 30,000 roof. Yeah, so it was a huge roof. So they did a great job. One of the other contractors came out after that, and said you know, Cheryl your roof is beautiful. Modern methods, they are like A+ .  I worked them over, I made them put me on their insurance. They are really quick, every time I called them out, they did not charge me and they knew that I was going to replace the whole thing. And I was really really very happy."

"David and his crew are amazing! They really know their "stuff". We have a 10 unit condo complex surrounded by lots of trees. Last year they did dry rot repairs, fixed or replaced gutters throughout the complex. It was quite the project! In the fall, we hired them again and they did a gutter cleaning. "The inspection was performed and received quotes additional services like cleaning gutters and such but the prices requestes was way too high to consider using them for this service.
They came back about a month later to fix few loose tiles on the side of the roof. They fixed the cement tile tiles by putting nailed at the bottom of the tiles. Unfortunately, I was not present during the repair of the tiles. I though it was a little strange when I cam back home and saw the result of the repair. I got other contractors to come and inspect the house for other work and they all mentioned this does not look right.
I would not recommend this company. They were ok with price on the original deal on Angie's list but I am not sure how long this repair will last.

"I had Attic Fix Pro people take care of insulation for a new build. Their prices were very reasonable, better quote than I received from others. They advised me that the most cost-effective way for me to insulate the roof was a hybrid of Closed-cell spray and additional bats which would give me a R58+ value. It was a creative approach that would save me money and allow me to still have a very high insulation rating. Their crew came in to do closed cell spray insulation for the roof and the second time to do the bat insulation for roof and walls. They were super clean, laid down protection for plumbing, electrical, floors and walls; did their work, removed everything and cleaned up after themselves. Super happy with their work."

"Had the pleasure of working with Miri (project manager) and Zion (owner) for this project, both of whom I highly recommend working with. My project with them was a 800sqft garage conversion ADU, which turned out beautifully as shown in the pictures below. Miri was a very pleasant and responsible PM, very easy to talk to and always on top of scheduling. She would frequently stop by the site to make sure work was going as expected, and would brief me on things such as what work needed to be done next and what needed to be bought. For owners that are doing this for the first time, she is the kind of PM you'd want. I also have the utmost respect for Zion, who was the reason I decided to go with B&B in the first place. He was easygoing, an efficient PM that kept work on track, and overall an extremely dependable individual you'd want to entrust your project to. Working with Miri and Zion felt like working with friends and that's exactly what you want with a construction project spanning months. "Due to some renovation and repair work, there were large areas of ceiling over the kitchen and master bath where the insulation had been removed. The rest of the house had old cellulose insulation that had been settling for several years. All in all, in the winter cold the lack of insulation was noticeable. RJL Installation ran a special with a discount on Angie's List to pay $149 for $500 worth of installed attic insulation.  I bought the special and was contacted by RJL. I was really only wanting the areas where insulation was missing to be covered, but it turned out that the cost was not much greater to get the entire attic covered. I was somewhat taken aback by the total price ($1,149.50 on top of the original $149.00), but decided that the insulation was needed in any case, so that was why I gave the C rating for price. I felt a bit trapped because I had already paid for the discounting and didn't know how to get that money back if I had decided that I didn't want to pay as much as the final quoted price.
The installer thought that there should be some sort of access port or window or something to get into the attic from outside the house, and seemed surprised that the house was built with only a hallway ceiling opening for attic access. Once we established that that was, indeed, the only way to get up there, the installer proceeded to bring a large hose through the front door and the hallway and into the attic. When he was in place, his assistant started feeding compressed bales of fiberglass-like insulation through a machine that broke up the compressed insulation and "fluffed" it and blew it through the large hose to be blown in place. When the installation work was completed, I was invited to climb the ladder to take a look at the coverage, using a large flashlight as my light source. From the ladder, the insulation looked to be level across as much of the attic as I could see (almost all the attic, in truth), and appeared to be deep enough to be effective. When they were finished with the installation, the installer and his assistant borrowed a broom and managed to sweep up almost all of any insulation that had found its way to where it was not wanted.
All in all, an acceptable job. I thought about giving an overall rating of B, but except for the price, the other categories rated an A.
