"Summit Fence and their employees are phenomenal! My project was initially discussed, clarified, estimated (price), confirmed in writing and scheduled to begin in a very reasonable amount of time. I was expecting to have to wait much longer and was pleasantly surprised that I was not having to wait as long as other contractors were estimating. Our job lasted one more day than originally thought, however, considering that the employees had to hand dig near buried utilities in order to avoid any costly damage, I was not bothered in the least with this delay. It was to be expected and appreciated. We were always notified when they arrived in the morning, and the foreman/supervisor (Ryan) made several visits to oversee that the project was being completed according to plan. Communication was NEVER LACKING with this company!!"

"Where to begin? Every phase of my project was excellent! I guess I can start at the beginning but leaving the best for last: First, Alex came by to measure the counter top area in the kitchen. High tech stuff and the quartz top fit perfectly when installed! They installed my sink, faucet, disposal, and dishwasher. Then, Vlad painted the entire inside of the house with 7 colors used throughout the house! Perfect trim work! Next, Merab and Vlad put up the oak window trim and did perfect sealing work around the wall and trim. The downstairs bathroom needed ceiling work done and Vlad more than met the challenge. Merab and Vlad cut the interior and exterior oak doors, stained them, and were put up in the new door frames. A hall fan was adjusted to the correct spacing. Special cuts of wood were made and stained throughout the house. The upstairs bathroom was done so beautifully with new mirror, toilet, shower doors and floor tile. Vlad did most of the work of this project and you would be lucky to have him working on your house project. Viktar the foreman is the one who brought all of these wonderful craft persons together to create the magic. Anastasiya is the project manager from heaven. Her attention to detail is extraordinary and was vital to the success of this project. Finally, none of this would have happened if it wasn’t for Rob Rathbun, the Senior Design Consultant of America’s Dream Home Works. It was because of him that this project happened at all. He listened carefully to what I wanted to do room by room. Then he would tell me what would and what wouldn’t work within the budget or structurally. Rob is a godsend! He is the perfect first representative to meet from this wonderful, professional, company. Top notch artists of their crafts, and the paper side of the company is right there with them. I cannot say enough about all the people at ADHW. Alex, Vlad, Merab, Viktar, Anastasiya, and of course, Rob! You won’t be disappointed! I am a very tough customer to please and they’ve earned a 10 out of 5 rating! I wish I could write more to tell all what a pleasure it was to work with America’s Dream Home Works! Thank you so much! "I hired Fence Doctor to repair a few sections of my fence that was damaged during the winter storm. Got a few estimate, one was 30% lower than Fence Dr, but ultimately decided to go with Herb since he seems to know fences really well, and was able to explain things. Pros: - He and his crew are excellent at doing their work, fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves - Really like the newly installed fence sections Cons: - He pushed out the installation date 3 times due to various reasons, and told me the day before he needed to change the date - His initial quotes didn't match what he told me verbally, resulting in delays to begin the work. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work Herb and his crew from Fence Dr did, and will recommend his service."
