"Mike did a great job installing the fencing and then trained my wife and I and Buddy. He actually trained us in how to further train Buddy so that he learns where his boundaries are and he stays in his yard where he will be safe. "Ended up with a nice looking fence but the process was cumbersome and stressful due to poor communication - mainly discussing expectations and issues with getting the contract (i.e. they showed up to take down my old fence but I had not seen nor signed a contract). My only complaints about the fence: - They were originally going to install a low quality poplar that looked more like a farm fence (not modern). Luckily I was home to see this and after a conversation they came back with PT pine. - There is no way to open my gate from the inside of my fence. I have to walk all the way around to open the latch. Seems like an obvious miss. - They used nails that were too long and nail ends are sticking out toward my neighbor's property. I will have to some how cut the tips off."

"A couple of years ago due to storm damage, like many others in the area, had to replace my roof.   My insurance company recommended this company.  I remember, at the time, this company was truly task oriented, and completed the job in a timely manner.  Recently, roof sprung a leak. While I am a recent client of Angie's list and cruising for a roofer repair person came across this same company, which I called immediately.  Mr. Sam, owner, came immediately, walked over the entire roof and assessed the problem, fixed the problem, same day, and sent his team the following week to repair any further damage.  His team was very neat, polite, and respectful despite all my questions and repaired all further inside damage.  Mr. Sam was very nice and guaranteed his work despite more storm damage might have been the culprit and did not charge for the repair. <br /> On a further note, I noticed on Angie's list that this Company offers many services, which I took advantage of such as having three sets of bathroom faucets replaced.  This extra job was discussed prior to the team arriving the next week for following up with the roof repair and all I had to do was buy the faucets and they installed.   <br /> Look on Angie's list, the Company's list is extensive for the ability to repair, build or most any other construction need.  I highly recommend this Company and you should give them a call at 865-566-3131. Personally, I will keep them closer on the radar now because having to go through the stress of having to find help again for repairs of your home is not fun.  Plus, this Company will call you prior to coming and will follow up with you after the job to see if you are satisfied. <br />"
