"We had an excellent experience working with Crystal and Volunteer Flooring & Design on our flooring project. Crystal coordinated the removal of our old carpet and the installation of our new laminate wood flooring from start to finish. Crystal oversaw the installation team’s work when we were unable to be home, ensured everything stayed on track, and was there to answer any questions we had along the way. I would recommend Volunteer Floor & Design to anyone looking for flooring services. They helped make the process as stress free as possible."

"Excellent! We bought a new home about a year ago and hired Grigore's Hardwood Flooring to refinish all the floors before we moved in. They did an excellent job. Recently we were working with a contractor to re-do our kitchen, which involved taking up a tile floor and putting down a hardwood floor. The guy the contractor was using was terrible!! He made a huge mess. I reached out to Grigore, told him our problem and that we needed his help right away. His answer? "No problem! We can fix this for you" and they did! They were very flexible, prompt and did a great job as before. I cannot speak highly enough about this company."

"Great communication, fair pricing, efficient and professional installation. Would definitely recommend."

"They came prepared to replace part of my carpet with Laminate wood flooring. It was an odd shaped area, and they did an excellent job. Thanks"

"First time using Angi and we’re so glad we did since we found a great company in Knoxville waterproof flooring to redo almost our entire house. We just purchased and they where able to give us a great price and where able to come in and get it done fast."

"Work completed on time and as quoted. We bought the material, they picked it up and completed the entire flooring in 1-1/2 days - did an excellent job. We highly recommend them."

"January 26, 2018 Saturday morning Daniel has come by to resolve the issues with my floors, He had been out of town for a month to visit family so that's the reason this has taken so long. Last Saturday he came by to refinish the walk-in closet. I paid for the material which was 180.00 not included in the cost of the rest of the floors so he said he would do the labor free great! It took time for me to remove everything and prepare for him as well. The closet is as expected, this morning everything was removed from the bedroom I removed all of the small items he removed the large items which were very heavy he had equipment and a little help from me guiding the dolly everything went well just waiting until tomorrow afternoon which is Sunday he will arrive to put the furniture back in place. I'm happy to have him re-do the bedroom and do the closet every job doesn't always go perfectly as planned what really matters is that he did what he was supposed to do, I appreciate that he is moving forward to complete this job. My floors will look great when cured and furniture put back in place. My house was built in 1941 Oak Ridge The refinished floors will definitely be beautiful with the future planned additions. I would like to post pics (F)"

"Eric and his crew arrived when they said they would, began work immediately, including moving everything from the room, stripped away all damaged subflooring and cleaned up all the mess. The next day arrived promptly, laid new subflooring and cleaned up the mess. They returned to lay the vinyl tiles and had it looking beautiful in a matter of a few hours. I could not be more pleased with Eric's work ethic, professionalism, and efficiency. I would definitely hire them again! Eric even came back and provided and installed 2 doorway transition pieces at no additional charge! It was overall a great experience for me!"
