"This person is NOT a pro! She uses a home shampooer not a professional piece of equipment and demands cash and only does partial cleaning like on steps more carpet dry than wet. asked to leave because this was not professional cleaning and she called the police. Isn't asking to be paid in cash evading? Update as of 04/20/2026 Absolutely not! This person was rude to my tenant and demanded payment. She advertises credit card but when asked she says cash! She asked more than once, 3 times for cash! I had to tell her the same things over and over. No one can tell me that using a HOME carpet cleaner is what a pro would use. If I wanted this kind of cleaning I would have done it myself, but I would not have gotten a thorough cleaning. Margueritte did exactly this a bad cleaning job, real bad. I hired a REAL professional A.J's carpet cleaning and they did a fantastic job with a professional machine! They were very professional, personable and accepted many forms of payment not just CASH! This person was not qualified as a pro and I can not hire through Angi again knowing they only do a background check and this proves nothing for their abilities and skill in doing the job you ask them to perform. She tried to deny working ?? for me, but she called the cops, couldn't deny that!"

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
