"Initial rep was great and informative. Felt comfortable with initial sale. Hardly had any contact from customer service except for the payments. There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"

He remains personally involved in every project. He has set customer satisfaction and first-class workmanship as our top priorities and works tirelessly to make sure that we meet those goals. "Stay away from this company. Originally, I provided a positive review. The crew was prompt, courteous, and hardworking. However, a couple of months after the painting of my house, some problems started surfacing. Nails they supposedly pulled out and replaced with screws, started popping out again. The owner insists these are new nail pops, but they aren't. All the current nail pops are essentially in the exact same areas as the previous nail pops. Additionally, other problems, like separations between pieces of dry wall that they repaired are again starting to separate and lines/grooves between the pieces are developing in several ceiling areas. I contacted the owner for warranty service. He originally agreed to do repairs, but then suddenly changed his mind. He now refuses to do any warranty work at all even though the contract states that the workmanship is warranted for one year. The contract also specifically states that all pop nails would be removed and screws put in their place. This didn't happen. The owner claims it did. However, other than coming to my house to collect the deposit before the work commenced and then again once the work was done to collect the final payment, he never stopped by to inspect the work. There was absolutely no supervision on his part. So, he really has no idea of what the workers actually did. I have started legal action against the company"
