"Frankly, I did not like fact that there were two visits. One to look over the work that needed to be done and one to do the work. But having gone through that, I understand why. They don't know what material I have. I need to make that clear that I get it now. They were also able to come and do the estimate on a Saturday. So I did not have to take off work twice. If I had to take off work twice, I probably would have cancelled. We came out and went over all the stuff that I purchased. If I remember correctly, it was labor only. I had bought the wrong kind of spackling or something. He told me that and that was good. I could take it back and get the right kind. He told me what to buy. It was all set up. The day of the work, the guy came and worked the entire time. Very hard worker. He was on time. There was absolutely no complaints. It went very smoothly. It was a big deal for Handyman Services. We knew how much it was going to cost because it was paid. He came out to get a feel for what I wanted done. I could have said I want my whole downstairs refinished. It wasn't that at all. There was no other charges because the work that I wanted done, they were able to do in that allotted time period. If it had gone beyond then they would have charged extra. They made that very clear. It was very up and up. It was very basic handyman stuff. I am technically and mechanically challenged. Basic basic handyman stuff. Fixing things. No painting, nothing like that. After everything was done. I understood. They did awesome work. I should not have judged in the beginning about the two visits. It was a big deal in the beginning for me. There is a reason that it is done this way. I got it. The biggest thing was that they knew what they were doing. I should have shut up. The guy did great work."
