"Nothing is more important to the success of a project than effective communication. Throughout my entire project (e.g. requirements gathering, design, excavation, hardscape, landscaping, and planting) Xtra Care Landscaping & Design maintained excellent levels of communication and they did a fantastic job bringing our vision to life. From the project managers and customer service rep to the project crews and billing department, the entire team was excellent, easy to work with and responsive to our needs. Our new space looks fantastic!"

"Lily and her hard-working crew transformed our dreadful landscaping into something beautiful! Everyone on our block loves what she did! And she also does bi-weekly maintenance so I know it will continue to look amazing! Thank you Lily!"

"I can't say enough how much I LOVE Jose, Kevin and the crew with JK Gardening! These guys go above and beyond. I love how Jose has eye for the littlest details and he always one step ahead of me with something that needs his attention on, he already thought it and has solution on how get it done. I originally hire Jose a while back where he did retainer wall and did beautiful job so I knew he was capable of doing great work with my next project. My front stairs were never right they little wonky. When I approach Jose and Kevin about new design idea from my front steps and walkway they were on it and together we came up with show stop walking way and stairs. It didn't stop there. My driveway was always a "hot mess" with sump pump kind in middle of driveway. Once again Jose, Kevin and I came with up an design idea for the driveway and they delivered. Now I'm envious of the neighborhood with my beautiful new stairs, walkway and driveway. Thank you guys... you are the best!!"

"Rick returned our calls promptly and gave us a fair quote for services. Baumann's does not overcharge or upsell. Once we settled on Baumann's Landscaping as our contractor, we called Rick and the crew were out the next morning promptly at 9am. We were expecting two days of work to clear the brush, but they completed the job in 4 hours. The crew went above and beyond, killing vines choking our trees, mulching all the deadfall, and pushing the brush line all the way back beyond the trees (we live on Maryland wetlands). Fast, prompt, great job. Would absolutely hire again. A++."

"We have been customers for over 10+ years. Kuhlman's workers are professional, proactive and do a fantastic job. They are reliable, pay attention to the details of our needs, and go beyond our expectations. We have neighbors stop and tell us how great our lawn looks all the time. 110% I would recommend Kuhlman Lawn Service."

"MC Landscaping did a fantastic job with our lawn! We were dealing with a lot of water erosion, and they suggested ideas to fix the issues while creating a beautiful space that blended with other landscaping. The owner was super responsive to our questions, visited the site multiple times to check in on the work, and made sure our needs were met. They offered top quality services at reasonable prices. We were so pleased with the work that we had them come back for additional work and recommended them to our neighbors. If you’re looking for someone to provide creative solutions for your landscaping, I’d highly recommend MC Landscaping!"

"Hired to remove remove shrubs, trim clean up shrubs, mulch, grade and seed. Excellent services provided. The staff was professional, prompt, and left the property in great condition. Will hire again for other landscape projects."

"The owner met with me prior to discuss what I wanted. Professional and knew his business. The crew arrived on schedule and worked hard till finished. Only the leader spoke English. The owner came by at the end to make sure everything was done correctly and answered my questions. Yes I would hire again! Good landscaping it's not an inexpensive job to have done. I think it pays to try and get a good deal for what you want and this was fair and reasonable for the work done! I recommend their work!"

"Very happy with landscaping done on hedges in front yard. Hard working and friendly. Reasonably priced."

"At first, it went well.  The estimate was reasonable & the owner of the company was the one to come assess the work.  The workers came out soon thereafter and performed the work.  However, the bowed siding was not fixed.  They recommended ordering new siding for the damaged areas and coming out again for installation, doubling my estimate from $800 to $1600+.  When I called the company to see if I could negotiate a better price (I was willing to pay for all additional materials, but a +100% increase in cost was a little much in my perspective).  After speaking with 2 associates at the business office, I was contacted by the owner and he was unbelievably unprofessional with me on the phone.  Threatening not to do the work, insinuating that I was attempting to damage his business and not pay him...when I NEVER alluded to non-payment, I just wanted to negotiate a more reasonable price.  The phone call was a disaster...I became the apologetic one while the owner of the company continued to blame and verbally attack my intentions...it led me to tears.  Awful!  I conceded and gave into the FULL price, had the contractors come out and the work the 2nd time and it was STILL not accomplished.  I closed on my house the day after the 2nd job and the new owners requested the company's information to have them come out a 3rd time to do what they needed to do the 1st time.  Worst contractor experience I have ever encountered!
In addition to this, the female business associate answering the phones was very rude to me throughout the process until the very last day and then apologized (why shouldn't she...they got full payment and knew a company review might be pending).  I do NOT recommend.
