Tom was extremely responsive and helpful, and even though they don't do roofing repairs (only full replacements), Tom sent his foreman over to patch our roof as an emergency short-term fix while we looked into options for having the old roof replaced with a TPC membrane. There have been heavy rains in the meantime, and the temporary patch has saved us from taking on more water and causing further damage to drywall and floors. "Rich was amazing. This job was very difficult. Because of the configuration of my house, there was only one spot in the closet where the tube would go thru. Another contractor told me that the job was impossible, because of obstables both between closet floor and dining room ceiling and closet ceiling and roof. Rich managed to install the Solatube and avoid all the obstacles. It was really amazing what he was able to do. I am not easily impressed with contractors, but Rich was great.
