"We bought our house in 2012 in Montgomery County, MD. The roof was past its design life when we bought the place, and although there were no signs of leaks, we decided to put a new roof on the house in 2016 - better to get it done before problems arise than after. Central was great. I forgot to move my car out of the driveway the morning they were scheduled to start work but they managed to make things work anyway. My handyman happened to stop by while they were working and told me it looked like they knew what they were doing, which was comforting. Central Exteriors were price competitive with other roofing companies I consulted with, and gave me a 50 year warranty on the shingles and workmanship, which nobody else offered. "Absolutely fantastic!  Home Matters Remodel is most exceptional.  They are a very professional and serious company (most definitely not cowboys! Yay!), caring and interested.  The contractor  took the time to explain issues that could arise, particularly with respect to replacing aluminum siding over asbestos, and worked out estimates to include worst case scenarios ? both of which none of the other companies that I have used over the past few years even came close to doing.  They even very kindly set up my rain barrel for me ? a last minute request; it has already been put to the test and is working very well indeed.
IAfter they were gone, I couldn't a single thing left behind, except for the excellent work they did.
