Nino came promptly for the initial meeting and provided an estimate within a couple days which was very competitive. On the day of installation the crew was behind schedule due to another job that took longer than expected. They arrived around 3pm instead of 9am, and Nino sent additional men to help. They worked hard and stayed until the fence was completed at 9pm! They cleaned up all the debris and hauled away our old fence. We were very grateful that they were able to complete it in one day as proposed, even after the late start. The quality of the materials and construction are excellent, very solid and attractive. Jim (the salesman) was very easy to work with and accommodated all of our design choices. We found particular latches and handles that we wanted to use, and they agreed to install them for us. The contract process was quick and straightforward. After about six weeks, they were ready to install the fence. They sent out two crews at the same time, plus the owner Steve, who worked alongside them. With seven people working, they managed to finish the entire job in just one day! Our old wood fence was completely removed in about 15 minutes, and then they meticulously installed the new fence, setting all the posts into wet concrete and making sure all the sections were straight. At the end of the long day, when one of the locking gate latches wasn’t working right, Steve patiently worked on it until eventually we realized the part was defective, so he replaced it with a working one. A certain kind of handle had to be ordered, and as soon as it came in, he came back to install it. The fence materials are extremely high quality—the vinyl feels very thick and sturdy, unlike the kind sold at the home improvement stores. And the new fence has completely transformed the look of our property—we’ve already had several compliments from neighbors.
