"Mike defrauded me by agreeing to, specifically, prune bushes and shrubs, fertilize the plants and shrubs and I nstall a handrail at front porch steps. I wound up with a worker who was out of his element in that he had not a firm grasp of what he was doing. He successfully trimmed appropriate plants with assistance, but severely damaged one shrub which I am hoping will recover over time. His representativ failed to fertilize the plants and left the site after no attempt to clean up the mess he left. I have been requesting Mike constantly, to return and finish the job I paid for in advance. Mike has continued to blow me off without completing the agreed upon work, and in my opinion owes me a refund. He has not come forward with a refund or completion of the work. I plan to file a claim in small claims court and visit the WA State Department of licensing to formally file a complaint against his license. In addition, I shall pursuit the possibility of filing charges against this Co. forfraud in Thurston County and with the WA Attorney General. Any potential customer hiring this charlatan risks financial damage!"

"Update. Nothing done!!! Have to pay to have redone. This company did our concrete so we hired them to do house leveling. Our house was worse after the repair. They came out to fix their work and made it worse. This was a project they did not know how to do. When we called them they referred us to their lawyer. We are out money and have to pay more for the damage they did."
