MTU has old fashion values, no price gouging, detailed bids and the crew is excellent in communication with the home owner while on site each day. Our major repairs took months because the original builder in the 1950's did not put in appropriate footers and a portion of our house began to sink. MTU also completely gutted a basement room that was compromised, jack hammered the concrete out, installed new metal ceiling beams, posts, dug new footers, metal mesh on the floor, poured and leveled the brand new floor. The hardest working real men I have seen in decades and no complaining what soever. Mark is great in keeping in touch with home owner on any questions, concerns, and is excellent on educating the homeowner along the way. "If I could do minus on the stars I would give a -5 stars. This company is horrible and Skylar Jump is rude beyond beleif. He came out and did the bid for the job, and he told me what it would cost me. 1/2 down and the other 1/2 upon completion of the job. They installed new drywall but did not make it flush at the corners, leaving big gaps and putting in large gouges. He and his crew left garbage all over the yard, stole materials and left my house compromised and exposed to the elements. Also damaged some of my vintage furniture from the Hoquiam Castle. So no replacing those. He was calling me and his crew inappropriate names and telling me that I don't listen, constantly interrupting me and told me that my family member who is an expert in siding doesn't know anything and started dising people. Also will not give you a receipt for money paid and will not give you a break down of the job. Also, when picking up materials from Home Depot, he will charge materials for another job onto your account. Do not hire this company unless you want to punish yourself and lose your money."
